Multiplied the coefficient of x square with 1. After that find l. C. M of 4 and adujust its factors as to adding gives out 4... After that you can see in figure

6x² -3 -7x ⇒ 6x² -7x -3
     ax²+bx+c
a= 6, b= -7, c= -3
        a×c
     -18 = -9×2

6x² +2x - 9x -3
2x(3x+1) - 3(3x+1)
(2x -3)         (3x+1)
2x -3 = 0    3x +1 = 0
2x= 3            3x= -1
x= 3/2             x = -1/3

sum = 3/2 -1/3 = 7/6
product =3/2 -1/3 = -3/6 ⇒ -1/2

verification:
α + β = -b/a = -(-7/6) ⇒ 7/6
αβ = c/a = -3/6 ⇒ -1/2
