If a ballon filled with air and its mouth is untied is realeased with its mouth inthe dowmward direction it moves upward why ?

Because the air released by the balloon exerts a force on the floor.
we know that every force has an equal and opposite reaction
show the balloon moves upward when the force is exerted downward.
