Well an interesting question..!!

Given :- 1 Peacock = Rs 5

20 Sparrow = Rs 1

1 Crow = Rs 1

To prove :- No. of birds = Total amount i.e.,100

---------------------------------------------------------

Answer :- 19 Peacocks, 80 Sparrows and 1 Crow.

19 Peacocks = Rs 90

80 Sparrows = Rs 4

1 Crow = Rs 1

Hence, Total amount = 90+4+1 = Rs 100

And 19 Peacock + 80 Sparrows + 1 Crow = 100

Therefore, No. of birds = Total amount
