As first 2 electron are removed from 4s orbital due to lower energy required...

Then 1 electron is removed from 3d orbital...

The atomic Number of cr is 24 but it is given that chromium lossed three electron. so, number of electron in the valence shell reduced from 6 to 3

electronic configuration is 1s^2,2s^2,2p^6,3s^2,3p^6,4s^2,3d^1
