6x + 3y = 6xy

=>(6x+ 3y)xy = 6

=>6/y + 3/x = 6

=> 2/y + 1/x = 2

and ,

2x + 4y = 5xy

=>( 2x+ 4y) /xy= 5

=> 2/y + 4/x = 5

Let 1/x be 'q' and 1/y be 'p'

So , the above equations became

2p + q = 2------> (1)

and , 2q + 4q= 5 ----->( 2)

(1) - (2)

=> 2p + q -2q -4q = 2- 5

=> -3q = -3

=> q = 1

=> 1/x = 1

=> x = 1

And ,

2q +1= 2

=> 2q = 1

=> q = 1/2

=> 1/y = 1/2

=> y = 2
