  =  Let a,b,c be the sides of the triangle [trngl]

=  Perimeter 2s = a + b + c

  = Semi-perimeter, s = (a+b+c)/2

=  Using Heron's formula:

 = Area of the trngl A = √s(s−a)(s−b)(s−c)

=  Now, if the sides are doubled: 2a, 2b, 2c

=  Let s' be the smi-perimeter.

 =   2s' = 2a + 2b + 2c

=    s' = a + b + c

=    or s' = 2s

=     Area of the trngl, A' = √s′(s′−2a)(s′−2b)(s′−2c)

   A' = √(2s)(2s−2a)(2s−2b)(2s−2c)

  A' = √24s(s−a)(s−b)(s−c)

   A' = 4√s(s−a)(s−b)(s−c)

 A' = 4A

A':A = 4:1

∴  the ratio of area of the new tri and old tri is 4:1

cylinder

r=7cm ,h=17 cm

cone

h=6 cm ,r=7cm

vol.of  cylinder= pi r 2 h

= 22/7*7*7*17         = 2618cm3

vol.of cone 1/3 pi r2 h

=1/3*22/7*7*7*6

=308cm3

totl vol.of juice in glas = vol.of cylinder - vol of cone

=2168-308 =2310 cm3
