Answer:

7. You already know that stright angle is 180°

so, c, e, a is a straight angle

so we can do 180-30 =150

there for sum of c and e=150

so c is a small angle so, c=60 and e=90

Answer:

Solving question no. 7

< = angle

Given : - In triangle ABC , DE | | BC , < A = 30° and

< B =50°.

To find : - values of x , y and z

Solution : -

In triangle ABC ,

< A + < B + < C = 180° ( angle sum property)

30° + 50° + z =180°

80° + z = 180°

z = 180° - 80

z = 100°

As DE | | BC ,

z = x ( corresponding angles )

z = x = 100°

In triangle ADE,

x + y + < A = 180°

100° + y + 30° = 180°

100° +30° + y = 180°

130° + y = 180°

y = 180° - 130°

y = 50°

so , by solving we get x= 100°, y=50° and z = 100°

I hope it will help you
