but I can answer 1st one only

When water vapour in the air comes into contact with something cool, such as the outside of a coldglass of lemonade, its molecules slow down and get closer together. When that happens, the gaseouswater vapor turns back into liquidwater droplets. That's condensation! ... It can condense and water does so very easily.
