In this question you can use mid-point theorem which states that the line segment joining the mid-points of any two sides of a triangle is parallel to the third side of a triangle and equal to half of it.
Let C is the mid point of PR
And B is the mid point of PQ
then a line joining the mid points of PR and PQ is parallel to RQ and also half of it i.e. BC=1\2 of QR (according to mid point theorem)
