volume=l×b×h
=6×2.4×1
=14.4m^3

2)volume of water in tank if half of it is filled=volume of the tank/2

=14.4/2m^3
=7.2m^3

3) volume of water in litre =volume of water in m^3×1000(1m^3=1000l)
=7.2×1000l
=7200litres

volume of tank that this tank can hold in litres=volume of tank×1000
=14.4×1000
