When a conductor is moved in a magnetic field the magnetic lines are changed and potential difference is created....due to this current is induced.

this is called electromagnetic induction..

it was discovered by Michael ferady (maybe spell is wrong)and to find the direction of current........the fleaming
right hand RULE is used

answer to first question is that the galvalometer will flicker due to presence of current at higher speed .the more the current the more the reading
note that it will show reading flicker in direction of current

if the the motion is changed that is the second question than the reading will also be reversed
