Solution :

Let the value of shoe be x

Since,there is pair we'll assume the value as 2x

 \longrightarrow \sf \: 2x + 2x + 2x = 30

 \longrightarrow \sf \: 6x =  30

 \longrightarrow \sf \: x =    \cancel\dfrac{30}{6}

 \longrightarrow \sf  \large \purple {x =5  }

Let the value of man be y

 \longrightarrow \sf \: y + y + x  + x= 20

 \longrightarrow \sf \: 2y + 5 + 5= 20

 \longrightarrow \sf \: 2y  + 10 =  20

 \longrightarrow \sf \: 2y   = 20 -  10

 \longrightarrow \sf \: 2y   = 10

 \longrightarrow \sf \: y   =   \cancel\dfrac{10}{2}

 \longrightarrow \sf  \large \purple {y =5  }

________________________________

Let the value of cloth be z

Since,there is pair we'll assume the value as 2z

 \longrightarrow \sf \: 2z + 2z + y = 13

 \longrightarrow \sf \: 4z + 5 = 13

 \longrightarrow \sf \: 4z  = 13 - 5

 \longrightarrow \sf \: 4z  = 8

 \longrightarrow \sf \: z  =   \cancel\dfrac{8}{4}

 \longrightarrow \sf  \large \purple {z = 2  }

________________________________

In the last row we've to find the value of [ Shoe + Man + (Cloth + Cloth + Shoe + Shoe) × Cloth ]

 \longrightarrow \sf \: x + (y + z + z + x + x)  \times z

 \longrightarrow \sf \: x + (5 + 2 + 2+ 5 + 5)  \times z

 \longrightarrow \sf \: x + 19 \times z

 \longrightarrow \sf \: 5 + 19 \times 2

 \longrightarrow \sf \: 5 + 38

 \longrightarrow \sf  \large \purple {43}

Hence,43 is the required answer.
