As AB is parallel to DE,
We can say that area of parallelogram ABFD is equal to the area of parallelogram ABEG. Because these to parallelograms have same base and lie between same parallel lines.
Now, a diagonal in the parallelogram divides the parallelogram into two triangles having same area.
In parallelogram ABFD,
So, the area of triangle AFB = 1/2 * Area of parallelogram
                                             = 1/2 * 24
                                             = 12 sq.cm
In parallelogram ABEG,
The area of triangle AGB when BG is diagonal = 1/2 * 24
                                                                           = 12 sq.cm
The area of triangle AEB when AE is diagonal = 1/2 * 24
                                                                          = 12 sq.ccm
Hence the areas of triangle AFB, triangle AGB, triangle AEB is 12 sq.cm

Hope my answer helps you..
