1st term = 2+√3/2-√3
= (2+√3)(2+√3)/(2-√3)(2+√3)
=4+2√3+3/4-3
= 7+2√3
2nd term=2-√3/2+√3
= (2-√3)(2-√3)/(2+√3)(2-√3)
= 4-2√3+3/4-3
= 7-2√3
3rd term =√3-1/√3+1
=(√3-1)(√3-1)/(√3+1)(√3-1)
=3-3+1/3-1
=1
therefore,
7+2√3+7-2√3+1
=7+7+1
=15
= (2+√3)(2+√3)/(2-√3)(2+√3)
=4+2√3+3/4-3
= 7+2√3
2nd term=2-√3/2+√3
= (2-√3)(2-√3)/(2+√3)(2-√3)
= 4-2√3+3/4-3
= 7-2√3
3rd term =√3-1/√3+1
=(√3-1)(√3-1)/(√3+1)(√3-1)
=3-3+1/3-1
=1
therefore,
7+2√3+7-2√3+1
=7+7+1
=15
