Here, we just have to do some easy factorisation using the middle term technique.

=9(2a-b)²-4(2a-b)-13

=9(2a-b)²+9(2a-b)-13(2a-b)-13 [Write the middle term as a difference]

=9(2a-b)²+9(2a-b)-13(2a-b)-13 [Write the middle term as a difference]

=9(2a-b)×(2a-b+1)-13(2a-b+1)

=9(2a-b)²+9(2a-b)-13(2a-b)-13 [Write the middle term as a difference]

=9(2a-b)×(2a-b+1)-13(2a-b+1)[Take commons out and then factorise the expression]

=9(2a-b)²+9(2a-b)-13(2a-b)-13 [Write the middle term as a difference]

=9(2a-b)×(2a-b+1)-13(2a-b+1)[Take commons out and then factorise the expression]

=(2a-b+1)×(9(2a-b)-13)

=9(2a-b)²+9(2a-b)-13(2a-b)-13 [Write the middle term as a difference]

=9(2a-b)×(2a-b+1)-13(2a-b+1)[Take commons out and then factorise the expression]

=(2a-b+1)×(9(2a-b)-13)=(2a-b+1)×(18a-9b-13)
