Depending upon what you would like to pursue in the future, you must choose accordingly.
However, I would tell the most sought after subjects which include history, political science, Economics, geography, pyschology, sociology and fine arts.
Economics has a lot of scope in terms of well paid job opportunities. If you want to pursue your career in economics, mathematics is mandatory. Moreover, it also depends which subjects your school offers.
