Let the breadth be x cm.

So, length of rectangle = (2x-7) cm

Increased breadth= x+3;     Decreased length= (2x-7)-2= 2x-9

Perimeter=66 cm

or, 2L + 2B = 66

or, 2(2x-9) + 2(x+3) = 66

or, 4x-18+2x+6=66

or, 6x-12=66       or, 6(x-2)=66

or, x-2=11,       or, x = 13.

Therefore, length = 26-7= 19cm;     breadth= 13cm
