once my parents had gone out of town to attend a wedding . I was alone at home watching my late night favourite serial . A loud knock on my door And suddenly i heard a noise from outside. I flinched and looked around scared. I saw nothing and thought that it was just my imagination. I turned my head and continued watching my favourite show when I heard the noise again. Now I was scared . I listened to the noise again and found that someone was knocking at the door. I gulped and slowly walked towards the door. I opened the door and saw a skinny kid covered in wounds and blood. He said that they will kill him. I felt bad for him and let him enter my house. He was shivering due to the cold. I prepared a hot water bath for him, treated his wounds and gave him fresh clothes and some foods. Once he was finished eating I asked him why he was injured and why he was running away . He told me that his parents died when he was 4 years old and some people kidnapped him then I told him that he was safe with me. After an hour my parents came back. I told them everything about the boy. They decided to adopt him. The kidnappers were also arrested And everyone was happy in the end.
