As we know that the molecules are surrounded by electron clouds which are in continuous motion dye to deformation of which leads to dipole formation. When two non polar molecules are in vicinity of each other momentarily it may happen that the electron clouds get deformed and hence they develope momentary dipole moment once in a while hence it results a net dipole moment which is weaker than the momentary dipole induced. Thus these molecules interact but the force of interaction is very weak. This force is called London Dispersion force.
