it is considered as seat of intelligence bcoz.. when you listen or see something that impress you or it is a educational thing ...it all get stores in cerebrum the brain have three parts ...one of it is cerebrum .. which is the most important part.. it also stores the memory of out life or world... and all that things we learn from school...
