Cell which contains single nucleus is c/d uninucleate and a cell which contains more than one nucleus is called multinucleated.
Spirogyra is uninucleated.

Difference 1:-
1.unicellular organisms are single celled organisms.
2.multicellular organisms have more than one cell.

difference 2:-
1.the unicellular organisms do various activities on its own.
2.multicellular organisms depend on other cells to perform various activities.

difference 3:-
1.unicellular organisms include eukaryotes and prokaryotes
2.multicellular organisms include eukaryotic cells only
