Answer:

according to question :-

we know that a triangle is said to be a right angled triangle when the squares of base and height is equal to the square of hypotenuse

so

to prove triangle ABC is right angled triangle :-

9^2 + 40^2 = 41^2

81 + 1600 = 1681

1681 = 1681

now since height ^2 + base ^2 = hypotenuse ^2

therefore

this shows that triangle ABC is a right angled triangle

hope you understand plz thank my answer

Applying Pythagoras Theorem,

if ,

base {}^{2}  + perpendicular {}^{2} =  hypotenuse {}^{2}

ATQ,

(9 {}^{2}  + 40 {}^{2})  = 41 {}^{2}

=> (81+ 1600) = 1681

=> 1681 = 1681

LHS = RHS

hence, ABC is a right angled triangle. where angle B= 90°
