when a membrane develops infront of eye lens and the vision becomes cloudy then a person is said to have cataract.
The vision of such person can be restored by surgery.

His vision can be only restored with surgical methods (i.e) by operations. Oculists are to remove the cloudy layer that is formed before the membrane.
It can also be restored naturally with time by means of avoiding night drives, wearing sunglasses in exposure to sunlight, avoiding sunlamps.
