HEYA FRIEND HERE IS YOUR ANSWER.....

FIRST I WANT TO CORRECT THE MISTAKE .....THE MISTAKE IS IT IS NOT 8X2Y .....IT IS 8X/2Y

NOW THE ANSWER IS

3x-y=12

3=(12+y)/x

3=12/x+y/x

3–12/x=y/x

(3x-12)/x=y/x

x/(3x-12)=x/y

8x/2(3x-12)=8x/2y

4x/3x-12=8x/2y
