we have to explain it in denominator so we have to focus on denominator

4 / - 7 × -12 / -12

= - 28 / 84

we multiply the question from 12 because we have to take the 84

4/- 7 × 4/4

16 /- 28

we multiply the question from 4 because we have to take - 28

It is correct answer and I hope it is helpful
