Working note:-

firstly find product, 7\/2 × 4\/2 = 56

Factors of 56 = 2,2,2,7

try to make the middle term i.e 10 either by adding or subtracting the factors

it is make like this-- [2×2=4] [2×7=14]

by subtracting, it make 10 (14-4)

Solution:-

7sq.root2x^2 - 10x -4sq.root2

7sq.root2x^2 -14x+4x -4sq.root2

7sq.root2x(x - sq.root2) + 4(x-sq.root2)

(7sq.root2x +4)(x-sq.root2)

HOPE IT WILL BE HELPFUL
