put these values in your questions you will differential eqn in v & x , then solve this eqn... you will get the answer
=> ((1+v)/(1-v)) dv = dx / x
=> ((-1 + 2/(1-v)) dv = dx / x
now integrating both side you will get ...
-2 log (1-v) - v = log (x) + k
after solving this eqn you will get the answer..
