Topoisomerase works at the region ahead of the replication fork to prevent supercoiling. Primase synthesizesRNA primers complementary to theDNA strand. DNA polymerase III extends the primers, adding on to the 3' end, to make the bulk of the newDNA. ... The gaps between DNAfragments are sealed by DNA ligase.

ligase:-it repairs irregularities or break in backbone. it has three general functions,it seals repair in DNA,it seals recombine fragments , and it connects okazaki fragments.
primase:-it is a type of RNA polymerase.it functions by synthesizing short RNA sequences that are complementary to a single stranded piece of DNA , which serves as a template.
topoisomerase:-they participate in overwinding or underwinding of DNA this problem arises due to the intertwined nature of its double helical structure .
RNA polymerase:it synthesizes RNA but following a strand of DNA. it is responsible for coping a DNA sequence into an RNA sequence during the process of transcription.
hope this answer helped u .
