Given:

Initial velocity (u) = 0 m/s

distance = 270 m

time = 3 seconds

Now use third equation of motion

s = ut + 1/2 at^2

270 = 0*3+1/2*a*3^2

270 = 9/2 a

9a = 540

a = 60 m/s^2

Now use the first equation of motion

After 10 seconds

v = u+at

v = 0+60*10

v = 600 m/s
