Answer:

make the denominator same of both rational no. and then find any no. between them.

for ex- lcm of 7 and 5=35 so

7 divide 35 in 5 times and 5 divide 35 by 7

hence -3/7×5/5=-15/35

and-2/5×7/7=-14/35

you can take denominator more than 35 to fulfill your question .
