the answers would be b) 2

√34-24√2 * (4+3√2)
=√(4-3√2)^2 * (3√2+4)
=(3√2-4)(3√2+4)
=9*2 -16
=2
and don't forget to mark as brainliest
and answer cannot be -2. you can recheck it with mr.calculator

AbhinashDutta: you'r right. i hd earlier looked at your answer superficially. you are equally correct. but that catch is that on verifying with the calculator, it only shows 2 and not -2. looks like that the calculator has a bias.
namanvyas1810oulzz5: srry i accidentally marked the other
AbhinashDutta: you cunning...
namanvyas1810oulzz5: No
AbhinashDutta: ok, so this may sound crazy, but I am compelled to revert back to my original opinion. the answer would only be 2 and not -2.
AbhinashDutta: just check it out once. replace the 34 in the equation by x, and put the solution of the equation to be first 2 and then -2
AbhinashDutta: when we take the solution to be 2 we get the value of x to be 34 but on taking it to be -2, we don't.
AbhinashDutta: solve the equation like this:. x=√[34-24√2] × (4+3√2), and after solving we get 2 & -2. at side, write that since x cannot be -ne, tge solution is 2 only and not -2.
AbhinashDutta: on solving we get 2 &-2. at side, write that x can't be -ve, hence answer is only 2
AbhinashDutta: and not amp
