Heya there !!!
Here is the answer you were looking for:
 {( \frac{ {15}^{ \frac{1}{3} } }{ {9}^{ \frac{1}{4} } } )}^{ - 6}  \\

Using the identity :

 {( \frac{a}{b} )}^{ - m}  =  {( \frac{b}{a} )}^{m}  \\

 =  {( \frac{ {9}^{ \frac{1}{4} } }{ {15}^{ \frac{1}{3} } } )}^{6}  \\  \\  =  \frac{ {9}^{ \frac{1}{4} \times 6 } }{ {15}^{ \frac{1}{3} \times 6 } }  \\  \\  =  \frac{  {9}^{ \frac{3}{2} }  }{ {15}^{2} }  \\  \\  =  \frac{ {3}^{2 \times  \frac{3}{2} } }{ {15}^{2} }  \\  \\  =  \frac{ {3}^{3} }{ {15}^{2} }  \\  \\  =  \frac{27}{225}  \\  \\  =  \frac{3}{25}

Hope this helps!!!
