Heya !!

2 \sqrt{45} + 2 \sqrt{50} \div 2 \sqrt{5}\\\\= 2 \sqrt{3 \times 3 \times 5} + 2 \sqrt{5 \times 5 \times 2} \div 2 \sqrt{5}\\\\= (2 \times 3)( \sqrt{5}) + (2 \times 5)( \sqrt{2}) \div 2 \sqrt{5}\\\\\\= \dfrac{6 \sqrt{5} + 10 \sqrt{2}}{2 \sqrt{2}}\\\\\\= \dfrac{6 \sqrt{5} + 10 \sqrt{2}}{2 \sqrt{2}} \times \dfrac{\sqrt{2}}{\sqrt{2}}\\\\\\= \dfrac{6 \sqrt{10} + 10(2)}{2(2)}\\\\\\= \dfrac{6 \sqrt{10} + 20}{4}\\\\\\= \dfrac{6 \sqrt{10}}{4} + \dfrac{20}{4}\\\\\\

= \large \underline{\boxed{\boxed{\dfrac{3 \sqrt{10}}{2} + 5}}}

Hope it helps !!
