In n=1 you have 2 electron which is only in s sub orbit
n=2 you have 2 + 6electron which is in having s and p Orbit
for n= 3 you have total s,p and d sub orbit I.e. l=2
so total 2+8+18=28

3rd question
The third shell has 3 subshells: the subshell, which has 1 orbital with 2 electrons, the subshell, which has 3 orbitals with 6 electrons, and the subshell, which has 5 orbitals with 10 electrons, for a total of 9 orbitals and 18 electrons.

4th question.....
n=4
l=1 means p
4p

5th question....
li have 3 atomic number
so (1s2) (2s1)

6th question
for electron =(1s2)(2s2)(2p6)(3s2)(3p6)(4s2) (4p6) as u can see

so for 19 4p>4p

rishabh1manitp8qe61: for 3rd quetion u got n=3 so for n=1 u have l=0 means s sub shell.....gor n=2 u got l=0 and 1 means s and p sub shell ..for n=3. u got s p and d i.e. l=2 so total subshell 6
rishabh1manitp8qe61: as question is asking yhe orbitals in n=3
rishabh1manitp8qe61: so n =3 have s subshell whuch have 1 orbitals .....p have 3 and d have 5...so total 9
