I really do hope you know your laws of indices coz if u don't u may not understand this.

Step-by-step explanation:

firstly...lets convert that 27 in powers of 3

= 3^3

3^2x-1 =1 /3^3(x-3)

NB: in indices, I/a =a^-1

3^2x-1= 3^-1*3(x-3)

3^2x-1=3^-3(x-3)

cancel out the 3 from both sides leaving the powers behind

2x-1=-3x+9

collect like terms.

2x+3x=9+1

5x=10

therfore x=2

that's it

hope this was helpful
