if (x+6) is the factor of given function it means if we put x= -6 in the function it will satisfy the eq so it will be

x^3 + 3x^2 + 4x + k = 0
(-6)^3 + 3×(-6)^2 + 4×(-6) + k = 0
-216 + 108 + (-24) + k = 0
-240 + 108 + k = 0
so k = 132 ans
