Hey mate!
your answer is here...

suppose we have taken the equation

 {ax}^{2} + bx + c = 0
where a is not equal to 0
dividing throughout by a, we get
 {x}^{2} + \frac{b}{a}x + \frac{c}{a} = 0
now,
 {x}^{2} + \frac{b}{a}x + {( \frac{b}{2a}) }^{2} - { (\frac{b}{2a} })^{2} + \frac{c}{a} = 0
, adding and subtracting
 {( \frac{b}{2a} })^{2}
,i. e., square of half of the coefficient of x.
( {x + \frac{b}{2a} })^{2} - \frac{ {b}^{2} - 4ac}{ {4a}^{2} } = 0

( {x + \frac{b}{2a} })^{2} = \frac{ {b}^{2} - 4ac}{ {4a}^{2} }
therefore,
x + \frac{b}{2a} = \frac{ \frac{ + }{ - } \sqrt{ {b}^{2} - 4ac } }{2a}

and at last we get,

x = \frac{ - b \frac{ + }{ - } \sqrt{ {b}^{2} - 4ac } }{2a}
Thus, the roots of the quadratic equation
 {ax}^{2} + bx + c = 0
are given by
 \: \frac{ - b \frac{ + }{ - } \sqrt{ {b}^{2} - 4ac } }{2a}
