It was a hot day. A blind man was crossing the road, suddenly a car came and hit him hard. I was just sitting in the nearby cafe having coffee with my friends. The moment the car hit the old man a sudden loud scream evoked from the man. All the passerby's gathered at the accident spot. We all too came at that spot. Immediately, a lady called the ambulance. The driver came out of his car and police was called. After interrogation it was found that the driver didn't has driving license. He was taken to police station. Soon, the ambulance arrived. All of us were very scared. The old man was bleeding. Looking at his condition, I was feeling pity for him. Blood was rushing out of his head and his arms seemed to be dis located. As soon as ambulance came, the ward boys carried him on stretcher. As no one was willing to go with him, I along with my friend decided to accompany him till hospital and fill all the formalities. While on the way we tried to find the old mans' family members by calling at his last call. His mobile somehow was in operating condition. We reached in hospital and doctors came. He was taken into one of the emergency wards, and his treatment was started. We were said that the old man is now out of danger. He had torn his skin of his head. It was stitched and treated. We called his family and informed them. After they came, they thanked me and my friends. It was really a horrible accident. But on time treatment saved him.
Indeed, it was the memorable day of my life.
