we have to use to formula to find other diagonal.
1st formula____________________
area of Rhombus =Height× Base
Altitude = Height =4 cm
Base = Side= ====6cm
A = 4×6 =24sqcm
2nd Formula______________________
we know
area of Rhombus = 1/2 × d1 ×d2
d1 and d2 are diagonals
we have
area of rhombus = 24 sq cm & d1=8cm
so, 1/2 × d1 ×d2 = 24
d2= (24×2)/8= 6cm
So, other diagonal of the rhombus is 6cm.
