Given that 3 Women and 4 men can together finish a work in 7 days.
= > work done by 3 women and 4 men in 1-day:
3W + 4M = 1/7 ---- (2)
On solving (1) * 3 & (2) * 4, we get
12W + 18M = 3/5
12W + 16M = 4/7

2M = 1/35
M = 1/70
This means 1-wen will take 70 days to finish the work.
Substitute m = 1/70 in (2), we get
3W + 4M = 1/7
3W + 4(1/70) = 1/7
3W + 4/70 = 1/7
3W = 1/7 - 4/70
3W = 3/35
W = 1/35.
This means 1-women will take 35 days to finish the work.
Therefore:
1 - women completes work in = 35 days.
