than angle COB = x+9 = 45+9 = 54

and we know that angle COB is equal to angle AOE.

so angle AOE also equal to 54 degree.

now in triangle

a + b + Y = 180

a + b + 54= 180

a + b = 180-54

a + b = 126

so value of a+b is 126 degree.
