Heya friend here's your answer.
Actually in Brainly, pics cannot be posted in chats and comments. But it's possible to post pics in question and answers.
Look at the above pic, here when you select the third option, then u can post a pic in ur answer by taking a new photo. But if the pic is saved in your gallery, then click on the fourth option. These options automatically appear when you are answering a question above your keyboard....

so first of all when ur asking ur question there will be an option to attach a file

so if ur on laptop then u gotta download ur picture and save it to files

after u save it.. when ur asking a question u attach the file that has ur picture in it..
