If the base of a parallelogram is (x+4), altitude to the base is (x-3) and the area is (x^2-4), then what is the actual area equal to?

(x+4)(x-3)=x^2-4
or, x^2-3x+4x-12=x^2-4
or, x-12=-4
or, x=12-4=8
Therefore actual area =(8+4)(8-3)=12×5=60 square units.
