px² +7x+q=0
sum of roots = 2/3 + -3 = 2-9/3
= -7/3 = -7/p
=> 7p = 21
=> p = 3
product of roots = 2/3 × -3
=> -2 = q/p
=> -2 = q/3
=> q= -6
hence the p = 3 and q = -6
px² +7x+q=0
=> 3x²+7x-6 =0
