I have made mistake in picture there AC= √225 =15
and BC =√64= 8
so area of triangle ABC will be 1/2(8)(15) = 60
so total area will be 60+ 54 = 114

first AC square equals to A d square + CD square. AC square equals to 9 square + 12 square or 81 + 144 = 2 25.
AC = 15. BC square equals to 17 square minus 15 square. BC square equals to 289 - 2 25 equals to 64. BC equals to 8. perimeter of ABCD equals to 17 + 9 + 12 + 8 equals to 46. of triangle ABC equals to half into 8 into 15 equals to 60. area of CD equals to half into 9 into 12 = 54. area of ABCD= 60 + 54 = 114
