On 30-12-18, I placed an order for a TV set and received it on 2-01-19. Through the medium of this letter, I would like to draw your attention towards the problems I'm facing while using your product. The problem is speaker of Tv, it's not working properly.
The Consumer Right Act makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit of purpose.
As you are in the breach of contract, I'm entitled to have the TV replaced with a better one and I would like to request you to confirm you will do this with next 2-3 days.

I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for the item to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

I'm looking forward to receiving your satisfactory proposals for the settlement of my claim.
