Hey pal...

The ans:

let, speed of hamid's bike be x km/hrs

and speed of joseph's bike be y km/hrs

If they travel in opposite direction, their combined speed is (x+y) km/hrs.

and

If they travel in same direction their combined speed is (x-y) km/hrs.

therefore,

we have

30/x+y =20/60

30/x+y =1/3

x+y =90...... 1)

now,

30/x-y = 3/1

cross multiply them

3x-3y = 30

now, divide by 3

therefore,

x-y=10....... 2)

now, adding 1) and 2)

(image above)

x=50

put this value in 1)

therefore,

y=40

thus,

the speed of hamid's bike is 50 km/hrs.

and

the speed of joseph's bike is 40 km/hrs.

Hope it helps you,

All the best for tomorrow's exam,

By the way, I'm also in 10th mh state board.
