x = 2 +  \sqrt{3} .

Putting the value of x in equation.

[tex]x = \frac{(2 + \sqrt{3}) +1}{(2 + \sqrt{3})} So, (2 + \sqrt{3}) [/tex] will be cut off.
X = 1+1 = 2.
