In the poem After Blenheim this is the most puzzling question because war causes alot of distruction. Many people lost their lives and houses but still after the war was ended, the people keep on saying that it was a great victory, without knowing its real reason
so, this is the most tragic part as people didn't know for what reason they fought with each other but still they call this war as a "Famous victory "
