b) ans- The poet is giving suggesting in 2nd stanza how to resolve this flow of getting late. He suggested that a person should keep to their scheduled without staying from it so that things are not done late.

c) ans- According to the poet time can be improved by being early for oven and activities .It is better to arrives in time than being late.
